"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food"


My favorite saying is "been there ... done that", because it's true.  I've been obese and extremely ill.  I tried every diet and medication that was thrown at me. The results made me feel like I was circling the drain.

12 years ago I started to change my lifestyle.  I found an exercise program centered on Pilates and worked with a Health Coach.  I made changes a little at a time and the results are life-long in my health and energy.
