Myra's Organic Protein Drink

Used mostly for a breakfast drink, but it can be consumed any time during the day.  All the ingredients for this recipe are organic sourced from your local store.  Look for the green labels if you shop at Costco.



  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk.Almond milk works great

  • ½ tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 1 large scoop of protein powder (do not use soy or whey protein)

  • 2-3 cups of greens.Spinach (or chard), and kale

  • 1 cup of frozen broccoli

  • ½ cup of frozen fruit

Add all intendents into large high-quality blender like a Vitamix.  Add 2 cups filtered water.  Blend on ¾ high speed for at least one full minute or longer until creamy smooth.   Add more water or ice if too think.   Enjoy your healthy Organic Protein Drink!
