Myra's Organic Protein (Slime) Drink

  • Water

  • Ice

  • Good quality organic protein powder

    • Favorites are Vital Proteins or Truvani

  • Organic greens like kale, chard, and spinach

    • COSTCO sells Power Greens

  • Healthy fat… MCT oil or peanut butter

  • Frozen banana

  • Frozen broccoli

  • Frozen berries

Put small amount of water in the bottom of blender so powder doesn’t clump

Add a handful of ice

Put in protein powder

Add fat source

Add greens, push them down and use lots!

Add more water to near top of blender

Add frozen fruits and veggies

Mix WELL!!!

As you get used to making the shakes start experimenting with adding other veggies.  I like zucchini and yellow squash.
